01 Analyze and understand the problem
In the first meet, we try to understand the requirement or problem of customer which they are facing in their system. For this, correct question is very important. We try to cover all scenario by asking right question and come clear picture of incident.

02 Take the computer or pick from given address
We understand that not every customer can come at our place and hence we also provide pick up service from their desired address. Once we get customer's computer, we reproduce the problem and fix it. Before fixing, we also provide information about estimated cost and provide clear information about solution that we will provide.

Once customer confirms, we start fixing issue and make it ready for customer. After the payment we release the computer or deliver it to our customer.
